Catherine Swysen, Managing Partner at Sanger Swysen & Dunkle, received a Congressional Certificate from Congressman Salud Carbajal on October 19, 2018.  The certificate was presented at the Santa Barbara Women's Political Commitee 30th Anniversary Dinner and was based on her 30 years of feminist and civil rights activism.
